Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://stevesonsnc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Steve & Sons reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Remodeling, Carpet Installation, Deck Repair, Furniture Assembly, Light Fixture Installation, Ceiling Fan Installation, Window Blinds Installation, Door Trim Installation provided by Steve & Sons. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Steve & Sons and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Steve & Sons makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Steve & Sons's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Steve & Sons from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
